Overview:
We are seeking a high-level Business Management experienced; with the ability to establish effective interpersonal relationships; the ability to calculate figures and amounts such as profit and loss (P&L) statements; contract management skills; strong problem solving skills related to operations and quality best practices with a CNC machining working environment; possess excellent written and oral communication skills; must be able to legally operate an automobile; must be able to travel. Knowledge of computers and computerized production management software.
Basic Function:
Sr. Position – Works with very little supervision to accomplish complete projects accurately and in the time allotted, in addition to the functions listed below.
Account management responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports.
Account Managers also answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers.
In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Operations, Quality, Customer Service and Estimating departments) to improve the entire customer experience.
Account Managers are also responsible for the Profit and Loss (P&L) on their assigned accounts and contract review & approval.
Accountabilities:
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent; eight to ten year’s practical contracts and program management experience.
Basic computer skills including MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
