HUMAN RESOURCES/TRAINING MANAGER

Position Overview

Recruit potential candidates for current and future employment based on company requirements. Develop training programs for current and new employees based on the needs of each individual department.

Qualifications/Experience

Associates degree or equivalent from a two year college. Two to four years related experience or training in human resources or education. In depth precision CNC machining knowledge a plus. Able to write a curriculum for training purposes.

Responsibilities

Recruiting potential candidates for all company positions.
Initial interviewing of potential candidates.
Develop and implement a standard orientation routine for new employees.
Develop training programs for all departments.
Develop accurate job descriptions and maintain them.
Assist with performance reviews.
Maintain personnel training files and records.
Assist with employee grievances.
