Position: Assembly Technician

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assemble precision-machined components using blueprints and detailed instructions
- Work with a variety of tools, fixtures, and high-performance parts
- Install hardware like Helicoils, bearings, bushings, studs, and more
- Use torque wrenches and specialized tools to ensure everything is built right
- Help improve processes and keep production efficient
- Assist with CNC machining operations when needed
- Be part of a team focused on quality, speed, and continuous improvement
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with assembly/disassembly or mechanical work (preferred)
- Ability to read blueprints (or willingness to learn)
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Pay:
$25–$28/hour to start (based on experience)
