CNC Mill-Turn Machinist (2–8 Axis) – Take Your Skills Further

We’re looking for machinists who can perform minor program edits, set up, and think critically about the work they’re doing.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Program editing
- Full setup and operation of CNC lathes Multi-axis
- Tool optimization, speeds/feeds, and process optimization
- Interpreting blueprints and applying GD&T
- Maintaining tight tolerances and high-quality standards
- Identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements
- Supporting production goals without sacrificing craftsmanship
What You Bring to the Table:
- Minimum 1 year, preferred 3+ years of CNC lathe experience (multi-tasking preferred)
- Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
- Solid understanding of machining processes and materials
- Technical education in machining (preferred)
- A mindset focused on precision, efficiency, and continuous improvement
Schedule:
Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Consistent 3-day weekends
Compensation:
$28–$32/hour depending on experience
