CNC Trainer Coordinator

Position Overview:

K&G Manufacturing is looking for a skilled person to train our entry level Team Members. Need an outgoing personality, team oriented yet-self driven, with a can do attitude. Would be involved with recruiting and interviewing looking for candidates with an aptitude for machining and train them from scratch.

Responsibilities:

Must have previous experience teaching and mentoring, must possess training skills and several years of hands on CNC equipment is required. Will start training employees with the basics of:

Shop Safety, Shop Math, Blueprint Reading, Tolerance Interpretation, Measurement Instruments knowledge, and Basic CNC code and introduction to CNC machines and controls.

Qualifications/Experience:

High School diploma or equivalent, two-year technical college certificate in machine tool technology, three to five years progressive experience in precision machining environment, background in leadership or supervision.
