ASSEMBLY BENCH OPERATOR

Position Overview

Performs deburring and assembly production oriented duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Basic computer skills including MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

Schedule work.
Establish methods for deburring assembly techniques.
Establish methods for keeping track of special deburring and assembly tooling.
Document deburring and assembly processes.
Monitor cycle times against quoted times and help achieve that goal.
Monitor the quality of the deburring and assembly operations.
Notifies supervisor of any problems with procedures or equipment in order to maintain the highest degree of safety, inventory accuracy and productivity.
Maintain a high awareness of personal safety at all times.
Performs other related duties as necessary.
