Position: Manufacturing Process Engineer

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Create CNC programs and run first-time prove-outs
  • Build CAD models, detailed drawings, and CAM process plans
  • Design workholding and fixtures (prints + BOMs)
  • Develop and maintain CAD/CAM databases
  • Support manufacturing teams with technical expertise
  • Write macros to improve speed and efficiency
  • Assist with software updates and system improvements
  • Help ensure processes are accurate, repeatable, and efficient

What You Bring:

  • Technical degree in machining or related field
  • 5+ years of multi-axis machining setup/operation experience
  • 3+ years of CNC programming experience
  • Experience with CAD/CAM systems (Mastercam, TopSolid, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of machining processes and fixture design
  • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • A mindset focused on problem-solving, precision, and continuous improvement
